Our newly-renovated Apartment Waldrausch Deluxe offers plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 children on approximately 55 m² of living space. The modern apartment is decorated with high-quality furnishings and offers breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains.

The holiday flat includes one bedroom with two double beds, an open plan living room and kitchen, a bathroom incl. hairdryer, television, free wireless internet access, and a balcony. In addition, we provide dishes, a coffee machine, bedlinen, table cloths, as well as complimentary toiletries. Parking is available directly at the guesthouse.

As a special bonus, our guests are welcomed with a fruit basket in their holiday flat upon arrival.

Booking Information and Terms:

Our rates are charged in EURO per apartment per day. Local tax charged separately.
Local tax of EUR 2.- is charged per adult per day. (as from 15 years)
Final cleaning charge: Apartment Sonnwend large EUR 70.- | Apartment Sonnwend small EUR 60.- | Apartment farmhouse EUR 65.-
Upon arrival, we charge guests in the Apartments Sonnwend a cash deposit of EUR 100.-
Guests of the farmhouse apartments can enjoy the sauna at the Sonnwend guesthouse at an additional charge of EUR 12.- per day (incl. complimentary rental bathrobe).
Minimum stay: 5 nights minimum stay (short-stay surcharge of EUR 10.- per person/day)
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the guesthouse Apartments Sonnwend. However, pets are allowed in the apartments at the farmhouse.
In case of early departure, the entire stay is charged.

Arrival and departure:

Arrival from 3 pm
Departure until 10 am
Please inform us on your estimated time of arrival to allow us to personally welcome you to your accommodation.

Payment:

Cash payments of the Apartments Sonnwend on the day of arrival receive a 5 % discount on total cost.
Down payment: Secure your reservation by paying 50 % of total cost to our bank account:
